SHIPPING TIMES and DELIVERY

We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 on regular priced items (excluding tumblers and out of country orders) and ship to all 50 US states. We offer several carriers to choose from at checkout. Each order placed with us will be shipped as timely as possible. Once an order is received, we typically take 3-5 days to handcraft it and then ship it. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days. The shipping time is based on the carrier chosen. Keep in mind shipping tends to be a little slower during busy holiday seasons. We handcraft all of our items in Arizona and Nevada. 

We ship most orders via UPS or USPS depending on the weight and size of box. All orders that weigh less than 13 oz. will get shipped via USPS First Class. All other orders will be shipped either Priority mail via USPS or Ground via UPS UNLESS you choose to ship differently. If your order has multiple items, we will try and consolidate as many items together as possible; however, we may ship in separate boxes to ensure a safe delivery. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders will take 7-10 days to design and proof. Once approved, we will handcraft your custom sign in 3-5 days and ship it promptly. You should receive your custom sign in 2-5 business days depending on the mail carrier chosen at check out. Tumblers can take anywhere from 3 weeks + depending on design.

WHEN WE SHIP

We ship Monday - Friday from Arizona. All carriers do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
